About Chambers & Charm
Meet Tina
I'm Tina, the heart behind Chambers & Charm Kitchen.
My love for cooking didn't come from a perfect childhood or generations of family recipes handed down to me. It came from wanting — wanting to create the home and the memories I always dreamed of having.
Cooking became my way of loving my family. A warm kitchen. A meal around the table. Coffee perking in the morning. Simple moments that don't feel like much in the middle of them, but become the things your children carry forever.
That's what this place is about. Not perfect food. Not fancy techniques. Just real cooking, from a real kitchen, for the people you love most.
The kitchen that started it all
At the center of everything I do is my 1952 Chambers stove. If you've spent any time around here, you already know that. It's not just a stove to me, it's the heartbeat of this kitchen and honestly, a big part of what shaped the whole direction of Chambers & Charm.
I found it, fell in love with it, and never looked back. It cooks better than anything made today, if you ask me. Low and slow, even heat, built to last a lifetime, or in this case, several of them. There's something about cooking on a piece of history that puts you in the right frame of mind. You slow down. You pay attention. You remember that good things take time.
Alongside the stove you'll find cast irons I've seasoned over years of use, vintage kitchen pieces collected from flea markets and antique shops, and a deep belief that the old ways of doing things weren't broken, we just got in a hurry and forgot about them.

Old-fashioned isn't a style. It's a value.
I live in Florida, which surprises some people given the country vibe around here. But slow living isn't about where you are — it's about how you choose to move through your days. I've got a small, cozy house, a kitchen I never want to leave, and a life that's simple by choice, not by circumstance.
I love Jesus. Classic country music. A good strong cup of coffee. Vintage things that were built to last. And cooking the way people used to — from scratch, without shortcuts, with real ingredients that don't need a paragraph of explanation.
Nothing here is fancy. I wouldn't want it any other way.
Why I started sharing
For a long time this kitchen was just mine. A place I cooked for my family, tried old recipes, figured out how to get the most out of a seventy-year-old stove, and quietly built the home I'd always wanted.
Then I started sharing it — and something happened that I didn't expect. People were hungry for it. Not just the recipes, but the pace of it. The realness of it. The idea that you don't need a new kitchen or an expensive setup or a culinary degree to cook food that means something.
That's what I want Chambers & Charm to be for you. A place to come when you want to slow down, cook something good, and remember that the simple life is still worth living.
